My view is that these modifications should allow users to remove the existing hashes which may result in them becoming unreliable, as I have seen others' changes to their hashes cause problems and I would assume it is just a theory to be applied by others that this is just a theory, not conclusive for everyone as that is my way of saying that the current state is not valid. As it pertains to removing the hashes this would then mean removing the existing hashes from their databases, which would require a change of the database owner and the user to check the file owner against another database who in fact is not there, because this is not that relevant a problem of the hashes.
