Round ’em up!

All Xena’s Horses is home to creatures large and small – today, however, we are one species less.

A herd of pampered Black Angus was transported to a new site yesterday, where they are already enjoying large ponds and rolling pastures.  Why does that matter to horse lovers?  Because once the pastures are rested, fertilized, and outfitted with brand new cedar/no-climb fencing, we will have more space for pasture board.  Even more exciting, the new fencing plan allows for a wide, well-maintained trail around the edge of the property, perfect for hacking out.

We love and appreciate you, cows, but this facility is goin’ to the horses!
